About Me

My photo
I'm a Great Northwesterner that is now loving life in the Midwest. I am a world class napper. I'm very bossy. I clearly love a good glass of Scotch. I wear aprons every chance I get.

Playing with my Dad...

Father's Day was pretty mellow - but my Dad had sure shown what an amazing Dad he really is - half man - half MacGyver - in getting my party ready. I love him so much! Today we dropped Aunt Karen off at the airport and then went to see about exchanging the present I gave him for Father's Day:
I've ordered the right size and they should be here on Wednesday!

Then we stopped at Cost Plus World Market to look for more paper lanterns for our backyard. And then as a special treat we had some Boylan Vintage Creme Soda and Root Beer. It's made with real cane sugar. So we are all hopped up on sugar and having a riot this afternoon - just me and my Dad. Tonight - we're meeting Mom at the moo-vie thee-ayter to see Ocean's 13. What a great day.
Are there open container laws in Oregon?

They are just so tasty!

Chanel on the porch, enjoying her treat.

Dag, yo! That bites. Bold? yes. Regrettable? No.
